How your material is handled
Encrypted at rest, per-organisation keys
Case reports and subject data are encrypted where they are stored, under a separate data key for each client organisation. Nightly backups are encrypted before they leave the server.
Hash-chained audit trail
Actions are written to an append-only log chained by hash, so a removed or altered entry does not go unnoticed.
Signed evidence
Delivered material is signed, so a recipient can tell whether it changed after we produced it.
Multi-factor authentication
Every account requires a second factor. There are no password-only sign-ins.
No direct inbound access
Our servers accept no direct connections from the public internet; all traffic is brokered through an authenticated edge.
