How your material is handled
Encrypted at rest, keys held off-box
Case material is encrypted where it is stored, and the keys that decrypt it are not kept on the machine holding the data.
Hash-chained audit trail
Actions are written to an append-only log chained by hash, so a removed or altered entry does not go unnoticed.
Signed evidence
Delivered material is signed, so a recipient can tell whether it changed after we produced it.
Multi-factor authentication
Every account requires a second factor. There are no password-only sign-ins.
No direct inbound access
Our servers accept no direct connections from the public internet; all traffic is brokered through an authenticated edge.
